Foundation Scholarship recipient Kendra Stubbs, a student
at Lakeland H.S. is awarded a check for $1,500. Kendra
is the daughter of Steve Stubbs, Kootenai Co.Sheriff deputy.
Kendra will be attending Whitworth University in the fall.
